Cindy Tsai joins Advisory Council
We are pleased to announce that Cindy Tsai is joining the Avisory Council of SHPE Cincinnati.
Cindy is currently Assistant Vice President of Agency Investments at Western & Southern Life Insurance since 2017, specializing in investment research, product development and management. She has 27 years of experience as an investment professional. I was previously with Investment Envisioned, Marco Consulting, Morningstar, Altair Advisers, West Hills Institutional, and Ibbotson Associates, all of which were in Chicago, IL.
She has MS, Finance, University of Illinois, Urbanaâ€Champaign, IL; BA, Business Economics, College of Wooster, Wooster, OH.
Professional Designations: Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA); Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA).
Cindy also serves on Board of Directors for the Hispanics Avanzando Hispanics (DBA Hispanic Chamber Cincinnati Foundation) since 2020; Hispanic Chamber Cincinnati USA Community Advisory Council member since 2019; Education Committee member for the CFA Society Chicago, 2015â€2020; Steering Committee member for the Chicago QWAFAFEW (quantitative society), 2012â€2016.
She is fluent in verbal and written communications, plus culturally adept in Chinese, English, and Spanish
